Duties and Responsibilities
- Interpret specifications and drawings, clarify technical information, liaise / coordination between Customer and confirm manufacturing capabilities as required in the RFQ / Order processes
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting product, assembly and process tests.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements and project elements
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending preventive and corrective actions.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contracts.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Complete projects as assigned meeting cost and timetable objectives.
- Other as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Knowledge in Requirements Analysis, Design Skills, Project Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Project Feasibility Analysis, Risk Management, Supervision, CAD, CAD/CAM Design, Quality Management System (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Systematic thinking skills
- Able to do multi task
- Computer literate with respect to Microsoft Office and application software. Self-motivated, can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Education Level Bachelor Degree or higher in related field / prefer plastic Engineering
- Specialization Strong experience in Project / Process engineer gained from plastic injection molding business
- Min Years of Experience 5-7
- Certification B. Eng. or higher
