Job Summary
The International Live Chat Agent provides fast, real-time customer support via chat, assisting global customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Assist with troubleshooting and order-related requests
• Manage multiple chats efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Work actively with teams to resolve customer concerns
Requirements
• Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus)
• Fast typing speed and strong written communication skills
• Highly active, adaptable, and able to multitask
• No prior experience required; full training provided
