-Manage the procurement process for direct materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
-Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules.
-Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet production requirements.
-Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to forecast and plan material needs.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels, lead times, and production schedules.
-Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the stability of the supply chain.
-Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews.
-Work closely with the production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure materials meet specifications.
-Stay updated on market trends, material availability, and pricing fluctuations.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or material requirements planning management role.
- Proven experience in Direct Procurement and working with MRP systems.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English communication is required, and proficiency in Chinese will be considered an advantage.
