The Business System Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and software development, enabling them to effectively gather requirements, analyze data, and propose solutions that align with the company and our clients' goals. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: • Engage with clients, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals • Provide expert consultation to clients, recommending appropriate solutions and strategies to meet business requirement • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their understanding and support of business objectives • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus Solution Design and Implementation: • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for development teams in a format of acceptance criteria for user stories • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that address client requirements and enhance operation workflows • Ensure that proposed solutions align with regulatory standards, security protocols, and industry best practices User Experience (UX) Design: • Advocate for an exceptional user experience by understanding end-users' needs, preferences, and pain points • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric design solutions that enhance the usability and accessibility of technology User Training: • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, ensuring they have a strong understanding of the technology's functionalities and how to utilize them efficiently Go-Live Support: • Provide on-site and remote support during the go-live phase of technology implementations • Address user concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance to minimize disruptions เข้า office ไม่เกิน 3 วันต่อสัปดาห์ จะได้ไม่เหนื่อยและไม่เหงาเกินไป
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in system implementation, software development, or related fields
  3. Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes
  4. Strong sense of client services, good communication, analytical, and teamwork
  5. Experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, and writing detail requirements for each user story
  6. Basic knowledge of databases and data structures (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  7. On hand experience working with middle to large web or mobile application. Understand how data flow from the website through the database
  8. Understanding of software design principles and user experience best practices
  9. Experience with drawing diagrams (e.g. workflow, user flow, sequence diagram, or use case diagram) to clarify requirements and make sure everyone is on the same page
  10. Having a leadership mindset, always asking questions for clarification any confusions, issues, and concerns
  11. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams
