รายละเอียดงานTechnical Liaison:
•Serve as the primary technical contact for Oyika Thailand, liaising with overseas Oyika teams on software, hardware, and technical matters related to charging cabinets.
•Facilitate smooth communication and knowledge transfer between teams, ensuring clear understanding of technical specifications, requirements, and updates.
•Work closely with overseas counterparts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting charging cabinet operations in Thailand.
Technical Expertise:
•Possess a strong understanding of EV motorbike battery swap technology, including batteries, charging cabinets, and battery swap management software.
•Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and embedded systems is a plus.
•Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics, and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solution Implementation:
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, service) to understand Thailand-specific needs and adapt overseas solutions accordingly.
•Oversee the implementation and configuration of charging cabinet software and hardware in accordance with local regulations and standards.
•Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions before deployment to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Support and Maintenance:
•Provide technical support to cabinet service technicians, troubleshooting software and hardware issues efficiently.
•Analyze operational data to identify potential problems and implement preventative maintenance measures.
•Stay updated on software and hardware updates from overseas Oyika, ensuring timely implementation and training for service technicians.
