รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Development (HRD) professional to join our team as
a Supervisor/Section Chief. The ideal candidate will design, maintain, and lead training systems while aligning HRD
and Learning & Development (L&D) strategies with company goals. This role is vital for fostering employee
growth, compliance with industry standards, and maintaining our organization's commitment to quality and
efficiency.
• Design, maintain, and control company training systems, including training procedures, road maps, trainingneeds surveys, plans, evaluations, OJT, skills matrix, reporting, and overseas training.• Manage and submit training records in compliance with the Skill Development Promotion Act B.E. 2545(A.D. 2002).• Ensure training systems align with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO45001&14001, ISO/IEC 27001, andcustomer requirements.• Review, develop, and improve induction programs for new employees and student trainees.• Develop HRD/L&D initiatives to support company strategies, focusing on competencies, culture, andproject management.• Execute Learning & Development projects effectively.• Improve the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning tools.• Act as an internal trainer for HR knowledge and soft skills development.
