We are Uncharted Agency - a dynamic influencer marketing agency expanding our services to Thailand. We specialize in collaborating with beauty, fitness, and crypto/finance brands to create impactful campaigns, by building and managing a roster of talented influencers. What We Offer
- Base Salary: Competitive Base Salary
- Commission: 20% of profits on deals you secure.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be in charge of spearheading and developing our Thailand department, acquiring and managing relationships with influencers as well as executing brand collaborations.
Key responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition:
- Research potential influencers, conduct outreach, and set up meetings to onboard them.
- Build and maintain a strong roster of influencers (KOLs).
Brand Outreach:
- Identify suitable brands and key contacts within them.
- Send cold outbound emails and schedule virtual meetings with brand clients.
- Strategies effective marketing campaigns and pitch our roster of influencers
Influencer Management:
- Uphold communications with your roster of Thai KOL’s.
- Negotiate and manage brand collaborations on behalf of influencers.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Attend virtual meetings with clients to present campaigns and discuss collaboration opportunities.
Campaign Management:
- Coordinate multiple campaigns with several influencers simultaneously.
- Track deadlines and deliverables.
- Review and finalize contracts
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Language: Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Experience: At least 1+ years in the influencer marketing industry, working with agencies or brands. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred; fitness or crypto/finance is a plus.
- Network: Must have an existing connection with a handful of industry contacts within brands and influencers.
- Skills: Excellent communication, sales/negotiations, and organizational skills.
