รายละเอียดงาน
1.Develop the company’s management review and internal audit plans.
2.Organize and conduct company management reviews and internal audits.
3.Handle annual external audits, customer audits, and cross-audits among the group’s business divisions.
4.Integrate and promote quality improvement across workshops.
5.Ensure the effectiveness of system documents and participate in document revisions.
6.Assist the system supervisor in proposing periodic improvement suggestions for system operations and tracking the implementation of improvements.
7.Assist the supervisor in conducting relevant training sessions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 3 years of quality management experience in the automotive industry within foreign-funded enterprises.
- Over 3 years of experience in system management, with proficiency in applying ISO9000, TS16949, and ISO14001 standards; possessing on-site audit qualifications and experience.
- Proficiency in Chinese: Candidates with HSK Level 5 or above will be given priority.
- English proficiency: TOEIC score of 650 or above is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills, punctual, highly responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of handling work pressure.
- Proactive, strong communication and coordination skills; highly principled.
- Proficient in using common computer software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, email, etc.).
- Skilled in utilizing quality-related tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and the 7 QC tools.
