•Able to evaluate truck conditions and give secondhand price estimation to the customer and resales that truck out with positive margin.
•Meet monthly, quarterly, and company setting sales targets
•Able to travel upcountry to cover all used trucks potential deals.
•Coordinate with new truck sales teams to manage and close used truck sales with good time management.
•Develop and maintain strong relationship with the customer to build up customer satisfaction
•Maintain effective working relationships with both new and existing customers
•Able to utilize and work with the customer system to plan and manage direct sales activities and priorities
•Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to sell all UT in inventory
•Ensure the vehicle handover process is planned efficiently
•Provide financially sound proposals to meet customer requirements.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales process.
