•Design and implement workplace health and safety programs to protect employees and reduce the risk of workplace injuries.
•Conduct regular safety inspections and perform risk assessments.
•Oversee and mitigate the company’s environmental footprint, including managing waste, optimizing energy use, and driving sustainability efforts.
•Organize compliance training sessions for employees at all levels, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility.
•Create educational materials and guidelines to support adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies.
•Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, audits, and inspections.
•Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
•Expertise in using compliance management software and related tools.
