Partner Sourcing:
-Identify potential delivery partners in targeted regions to expand network coverage.
-Evaluate prospective partners based on operational capabilities, geographic reach, and fleet capacity.
Onboarding Execution:
-Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, including document collection, contract finalization, and system training.
-Ensure partners are well-trained on LEX processes, technology platforms, and performance expectations.
Market Research:
-Conduct local market research to identify underserved areas and suitable partner candidates.
-Stay updated on competitor activities and partner offerings in the logistics sector.
Reporting & Metrics:
-Track acquisition KPIs such as the number of partners onboarded and onboarding cycle time.
-Provide regular updates to the Partnership Manager and contribute to strategy refinement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in partner acquisition, business development, or logistics operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Thailand’s logistics market and last-mile delivery operations.
