- Provide advice and resolve application usage issues.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather user requirements, analyze them, and improve or resolve system operations for better performance.
- Document problems and solutions related to the application, creating a knowledge base for future problem-solving.
- Monitor and check the application’s operating status to ensure it functions normally.
- Conduct application testing with users to ensure it meets the organization’s requirements.
Location : BTS Phloen Chit Onsite 100% (shift work)
