•Supervise the on-site team to ensure smooth operations during events.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving on-site issues during events.
•Monitor and manage event-related inventory, including promotional materials, product samples, and booth supplies.
•Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
•Generate post-event reports, including insights on performance, expenses, and areas for improvement.
•Ensure all event setups, materials, and communications comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
