Job description
Job Objective:
Ensure safety and compliance in Supply Chain operations.
Develop procurement plans and manage inventory to prevent stockouts.
Implement norms for material categories and auto PR (MSL/ROL).
Collaborate with teams for BOM accuracy in SAP and ensure supply chain resilience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic:
Lead cost-saving and process improvement projects.
Maintain inventory to support uninterrupted production.
Core:
Develop procurement plans based on forecasts (SAP MRP).
Release requisitions and ensure material availability.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and address stockout risks.
Analyze inventory for slow-moving/obsolete stock.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet service levels.
Provide audit data and manage procurement reports.
Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Internal Processes:
Release PRs, monitor inventory aging, and cost savings.
Ensure procurement policy compliance and tool optimization.
Interpersonal Skills:
Build relationships and engage in employee initiatives.
Key Result Areas & Interfaces:
Prevent production loss due to stockouts.
Achieve inventory and cost-saving targets.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Internal Interfaces: Demand Planners, Purchase, Supply Chain, Finance, Vendor Development.
External Interfaces: Auditors, Vendors, Transporters, Customers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) can be advantageous.
- 3-5 Years experience in color/paint industry
- Time Management, teamwork and adaptability
