Automation & Programming - Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to optimize workflows and processes across the organization. - Develop and maintain custom software, scripts, and applications to meet specific business needs. - Implement robotic process automation (RPA) to enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts. - Identify and deploy tools and technologies to improve system performance and efficiency. - Ensure seamless integration of automation systems with existing IT infrastructure. IT Infrastructure Management - Oversee IT operations, including network, servers, software, and hardware to ensure stability and security. - Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and identify IT needs and implement appropriate solutions. - Ensure the organization’s IT systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead and mentor a team of programmers and IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for process automation and software development. - Manage vendor relationships for software and automation tools, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services. Strategic Planning & Innovation - Develop IT strategies to align with the organization’s goals, focusing on automation and digital transformation. - Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in automation and programming to recommend and implement innovative solutions. - Create and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of IT projects with high quality.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on automation and software development.
Proven experience in developing and deploying automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
Proficiency in software development, database management, and system integration.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
