C&d Auto Thailand 4S shop chief assistant Job responsibilities: • Assist the store manager to develop external business, establish and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and partners; • Assist the store manager to promote brand awareness and influence in the local market; • Assist the store manager in handling daily store operation affairs and provide Thai translation support; • Assist the store manager to provide quality customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously optimize the service process according to customer feedback; • Assist the store manager in supervising and managing the store staff to ensure their efficient work; • Assist the store manager in daily financial and inventory management, and ensure the smooth operation of the store; • Complete other related tasks arranged by the general manager of the store, and assist the store to achieve the performance target.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Good Thai listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to translate between Thai and Chinese fluently.
Have a high quality service awareness, can effectively improve customer experience.
Strong team spirit, able to work with colleagues to achieve store goals.
Able to work under pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
Have good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and cooperate efficiently with customers, colleagues and store managers.
Retail or service industry experience is preferred.
