Must be - Good English skill in both writing and speaking
Job Description
1.Issue purchase order overseas (main duty), domestic and coordinate with supplier and shipping agent (import and export) in all process.
2.Able to prioritize all issues are allocated in the required time, be handled with professional manner.
3.Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, operation issues and relevant problems.
4.Stay up-to-date new products and feature launches and ensure sales team on board.
5.Handle ordering process until handover after receive PM(Project management) sheet from sales team.
6.Handle customer claim process until handover after received information from sales team.
7.Manage delivery schedule to meet customer’s request with cost control.
8.Manage stock in and out, temporary furniture and mock up as sales request.
9.Coordinate with relate departments such as account team, design team and construction team.
10.Deal with suppliers on weekend or holiday(infrequently).
11.Ad hoc as manager request.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai nationality, Age over 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields
- 5 years’ experience in Sales Coordinator / Customer Support will be an advantage
- Good computer skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord
- Good interpersonal skill and good service mind
- Fair Japanese will be an advantage
- Time management and Communication skills are essential
- Good attitude and positive thinking
- Self-motivated, hard working under pressure
