1. Booking Management: Oversee the entire booking lifecycle, across key sales channels such as TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide, and others.
2. Travel Insurance Coordination: Proactively arrange travel insurance policies for travelers, providing them with peace of mind during their journeys.
3. Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries with proficiency and care, maintaining a standard of service in all communications in English.
4. Itinerary Planning. Craft unforgettable journeys by designing travel itineraries tailored to each client's preferences. Thoughtfully plan schedules to create stress-free adventures.
5. Sales Offer Writing. Bring travel dreams to life with engaging and irresistible sales offers. Highlight the key benefits of packages to captivate customers.
6. Social Media Engagement: Showcase customer experiences by curating and sharing engaging photographs on our website and across popular social platforms.
7. Content Creation: Craft and distribute compelling video content on leading social media outlets like Facebook Reels and TikTok, engaging and expanding our audience with dynamic storytelling.
8. Web Development: Leverage content management systems to design and launch webpages effortlessly, requiring minimal coding expertise.
9. Accommodation Management: Efficiently organize short-term accommodation bookings, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and seamless stay.
10. Supplier Relations: Skillfully negotiate with attractions and suppliers to secure the most favorable contracts and pricing, aiming to deliver unparalleled experiences to our customers.
11. Data Processing: Diligently enter and maintain raw data in our database and produce insightful reports for management review, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
12. Flexible Deployment: Undertake assignments beyond the office environment as required, embracing opportunities for external engagement and on-site responsibilities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Educational Requirements: Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Tourism Business Management, Marketing, Communication Arts, Information Technology, Multimedia Technology and Animation, Computer Science for Business, or related areas.
- Mandatory Skill Sets: Applicants are expected to have basic command of English and proficient computer skills.
- Onsite Employment: required to work onsite at our office located at 71 Sukhaphiban 2 Road, Prawet, Dok Mai, Bangkok.
- Preferred Skills: proficiency in Access 365 for database management, satisfactory English proficiency test scores (TOEIC, TOEFL, or IELTS), and basic skills in photo, video, and website editing.
- Preferred Experience: priority will be given to candidates with experience in inbound tour operations and familiarity with reservation systems like TripAdvisor and Bokun.
- Guide license: applicants passionate about travel or those with a bronze-silver guide license will receive enhanced consideration.
