คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Process and verify invoices for import/export shipments and Freezone warehouse services.
- Ensure accurate data entry for billing records, VAT invoices, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain billing documentation and compliance records as per Thai tax and Freezone regulations.
- Prepare billing reports and summaries for management and audits.
- Experience in billing, administration, or finance within the logistics industry.
- Familiarity with Thai VAT, invoicing regulations, and Freezone documentation.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in, accounting softwares and logistics billing systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
