Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for English-speaking clients.
Understand client requirements, ensuring contracts are executed efficiently and aligned with service agreements.
Maintain strong professional relationships, addressing concerns promptly and proactively.
Operational Oversight:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure company systems and processes are followed.
Prioritize operational workflows to meet client and company goals.
Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports to internal management on contract status, client feedback, and operational challenges.
Highlight key achievements, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution:
Address issues arising from contract execution, ensuring quick resolution while keeping clients informed.
Identify process improvements and work closely with management to implement changes.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, contracts, and related activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
