•How to catch up components to supply team on time
•Follow up schedule CS and collaborate with team and other sections
•Keep plan and track all components needed
•To control components usage
•Basic knowledge in drawing
•To prepare and summarize CS readiness in order to provide to Program Supervisor
•Collect and communicate eventual defects to Program Supervisor
•Comply with the local and group policies
•Comply with the ISO certifications and other group systems
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience at least 1 year new model
- Nice to have experience in quality control

- Can use Microsoft office

- • Implements short- and long-range team goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates program effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement.
- • Directs and coordinates the activities of Engineer, technician, service contractors and local government in the provision of comprehensive construction project management, facility maintenance and repair services, carried out facility -wide by a large, diverse multi-trades workforce.
- • Monitors service contracts for compliance and cost; monitors performance of in-house workforce and expenditures of assigned cost centers; monitors quality of work to ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance with state, and laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- • Oversees the supervision of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- • Participates in the development and implementation of shop-specific safety training programs, and assures workforce compliance with EHS requirements.
- • Establishes and directs annual maintenance programs, to include off-season testing/overhaul of heating and refrigeration systems and associated control systems, as well as seasonal start-up and shutdown.
- • Conducts maintainability review of new construction design documents to assure compliance with published standards and to ensure reasonable repair and overhaul access to facility systems.
- • Good command of English and PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD).
- • Problem solving skills such as root cause analysis
- • Experience in 5S, TPM, WCM.
- • An excellent team leader and team player. Strong communication and leadership
- • With customer focused & cost-effectiveness mind-set
- • High integrity, open-minded & self-motivated professional experience
- • Working under pressure and tight schedule and Prefer with semiconductor, electron, or chemical industry background
