1. Order Management:
◦ Process and track customer and store orders with accuracy and timeliness.
◦ Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient deliveries.
◦ Manage order confirmations, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
2. Sales Support:
◦ Assist the sales team with preparing reports, tracking performance, and
maintaining customer databases.
◦ Provide product information and prepare quotations, contracts, and agreements.
◦ Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
3. Customer Service:
◦ Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders and product
information.◦ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
◦ Work to enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and support.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
◦ Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer communications.
◦ Generate sales reports and analyze data for process improvement.
◦ Ensure the CRM system is up to date with the latest client data.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination:
◦ Work closely with finance to ensure accurate billing and payment follow-ups.
◦ Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales promotions and product
launches.
◦ Liaise with the demand planning and allocation team to align inventory levels
with sales forecasts.
6. Administrative Tasks:
◦ Organize sales meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
◦ Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for the sales team.
◦ Maintain internal documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
