- Support and manage the company's application system for optimal performance.
- Collaborate on system design, development, and scalable code implementation.
- Conduct UAT and refine test scenarios to validate system solutions.
- Monitor operational processes and provide ongoing system support.
- Maintain and upgrade systems to enhance functionality, performance, and security.
- Communicate system updates and resolve technical issues with the team and stakeholders.
- Improve user experience and optimize processes through effective problem-solving.
- Document system designs, updates, and implementation processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in software development or system support (internship experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of operational process management and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Experience or working familiarity with C#, NET Core, Web APIs, SQL, React, Angular, and SVN.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of NET-based framework with MVC architectures, and hands-on Experience in programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, REST API, and MS SQL database
