1.Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new specialty store partners that align with our brand’s values and product focus.
- Build long-term partnerships with specialty stores to grow their commitment to our product range.
- Present product offerings and negotiate favorable terms to achieve sales objectives.
2.Account Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for specialty store clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
- Work closely with store owners and managers to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions.
- Regularly visit stores to monitor product performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
3.Product Training and Support:
- Conduct product training sessions for store staff to help them understand and effectively promote products to end customers.
- Provide marketing materials and guidance on how to position our products to appeal to retail customers.
- Support stores with merchandising strategies to enhance visibility and sales performance.
4.Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for specialty stores.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure seamless product delivery and promotional execution.
- Use customer insights and market data to recommend new products or strategies tailored to specialty store needs.
5.Reporting and Market Insights:
- Track and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Share insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help refine business strategies.
