1.Assist the sales team with processing and tracking customer orders, quotes, and invoices.
3.Prepare and maintain accurate sales report, documents, contracts, and agreements.
4.Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
5.Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person and provide product and service information.
6.Support the sales team in maintaining and analysing client accounts, including updates to records and order tracking.
Administrative Duties:
1.Maintain and update in the system with accurate customer and sales data.
2.Generate sales reports and assist to prepare and update sales presentation materials.
3.Manage inventory of sales materials, such as brochures, samples, and product information.
4.Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Customer Relations:
1.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
2.Gather and respond to customer feedback to improve our service and products
