รายละเอียดงาน
•Develops RPA solutions by designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Nintex, Automation Anywhere).
•Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
•Collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand process requirements for automation.
•Investigates and analyzes problem areas to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
•Follows the RPA development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing process design documents (PDD), technical design documents (TDD), flowcharts, and other relevant documentation.
•Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming workflows.
•Improves operations by coordinating with business analysts and recommending changes in processes and policies.
•Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and operational issues.
•Ensures security, compliance, and governance in RPA implementations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English and Thai.
- Strong communication, presentation, and self-learning skills.
- At least 5 years’ experience in professional software development, with 2+ years specializing in RPA solutions.
- Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Nintex, Automation Anywhere).
- Experience in scripting/programming languages such as Python, C#, or VBScript.
- Familiarity with relational databases and query languages (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Experience in API integrations and system interfaces.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, and best practices for scaling RPA solutions.
- Ability to lead technical projects throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Self-motivated with good analytical, communication, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity.
- Good presentation skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
