-Content marketing methodologies to plan and create viral content.
-Develop and execute full-cycle operational strategies for mainstream media platforms (e.g., Douyin, WeChat Video Channels, Xiaohongshu)
-Manage and grow company social media accounts by analyzing platform algorithms, defining account positioning, persona, and tone, and producing high-quality content to achieve rapid follower growth and increase engagement rates.
-Oversee content planning and daily content creation for various new media platforms to ensure consistency, relevance, and audience engagement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Associate degree or above, with strong writing skills, a passion for content creation, and a good understanding of Thai culture and lifestyle.
- Experience: At least one year of operational experience with major platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Video Channels, with in-depth research and systematic understanding of platform traffic rules, recommendation mechanisms, and viral content strategies.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with successful experience in building accounts from scratch (0 to 1) will be given priority.
- Skills: A strong sense of internet trends, aesthetics, and creativity; ability to identify social and industry hot topics, create marketing buzz, and demonstrate strong execution and communication skills.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and Thai for fluent communication.
