Responsibilities: 1.Oversee and provide support for the ERP and Franchise systems to ensure smooth operations within the organization. 2.Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the ERP and Franchise systems. 3.Provide guidance and training to internal users and franchise networks on the effective use of the ERP system. 4.Collaborate with the development team to update and improve the ERP and Franchise systems to meet organizational needs. 5.Analyze user requirements and contribute to the development of systems that support business expansion. 6.Coordinate with various departments to ensure system implementation aligns with organizational standards. 7.Manage system installation, configuration, and upgrades for each franchise location or branch. 8.Support system testing and track user feedback for continuous improvement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
  2. Work Experience: Experience in ERP system support or related systems. ,Experience with Franchise management systems will be considered an advantage.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP system architecture and operations. ,Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in the system. , Basic knowledge of database management and data handling.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ,Ability to provide guidance and training to system users effectively.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with development teams and internal users. ,Effective coordination with other departments to solve issues or enhance systems.
  6. Time Management and Pressure Handling: Ability to manage tasks with tight deadlines and work under pressure effectively.
  7. Computer Skills:Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other IT-related tools.
  8. Other Requirements: Knowledge or experience in developing ERP or Franchise systems is a plus. ,Must be able to drive both cars and motorcycles and possess a valid driving license.
