รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage and improve the service quality of the warehouse and delivery to customers.
• Quickly respond to the customers' feedback.
• Manage and train warehouse personnel to adhere to the Department's objectives.
• Design warehouse layout and classification of stocks, and fully utilize warehouse spaces in each location.
• Implement and ensure clearly safety conditions, procedures, and discipline in the warehouse.
• Employee Evaluation & Control in Action (Subordinate 20-30 persons)

Workplace Area: Phraeksa, Muang, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday (Every other Saturday))
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 30-40 years
- Male only
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Warehouse and Logistics management from Logistics industry.
- At least 2 years management as supervisor level.
- Advance conversation in low middle of English (used for communicating with the customer and Japanese team, sending emails, and documents)
- Able to work with multi-tasks simultaneously, work independently, and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, Team management
- Living in Samutprakarn is preferable.
