รายละเอียดงาน• Take lead in driving Company strategy and KPI in term of People Development.
• Oversee and control HR overall budget and expense.
• Review and revise new Company Guidelines to improve some ineffective processes.
• Develop and manage Employee Performance Management system that drive high performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, have understanding in Code of Conduct.
• Manage overall HR, General Affairs, included Payroll & Welfares, Employee Relation as well as General Services, Interpreter tasks.
• Organize Company activities, such as Company Tour, Sport Day, New Year Party and others.
• Provide advice & solve issue related to HR and Administration process for subordinates and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Conduct necessary training to employees.

Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park 3
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat Working: 1-2 times per month (depends on company calendar))
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Age 40-50 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields.
- At least 10 years in working experience of overall HR&GA operations in any manufacturing.
- At least 3 years in management experience as Manager level.
- Experience of developing and implementing the company HR system or regulation.
- Advance conversation high in Japanese. (N3 up)
- Advanced Conversational middle - high in English.
- Strong management skill.
- Be able to travel to Prachinburi.
