- Act as the primary representative of the senior manager's vision, values, and strategic directives into fostering a cohesive team culture and driving towards common goals. - Lead the education team in day-to-day operation, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and academic standards through delegation, allocation, and empowerment. - Facilitate the professional development and mentorship of team members according to their track, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for skill and career advancement. - Maintain quality assurance and improvement, overseeing processes and practices to uphold high standards of practicality and quality in educational delivery and accuracy. - Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, such as other teams, to support business growth, collaboration, and the achievement of organizational objectives. - Be actively updated on emerging educational innovation trends, and cutting-edge technologies, fostering a culture of creativity, adaptability, and continuous learning within the team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related fields.
  2. Proven track record in leading and mentoring teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  3. In-depth knowledge of emerging trends in education, academic innovation, and technology integration.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
  5. Expertise in delegation, task prioritization, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  6. Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, including project management, timeline coordination, and maintaining academic standards.
  7. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and strategies for continuous improvement.
  8. Hybrid working at Canvas Building (BTS Ploenchit) Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM. to 08:00 PM.
