2. Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities together with sales teams.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aluminium product market.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
6. Support Sales teams and partners in terms of technical & application knowledge eg. preparing PowerPoint presentations, Pitching products and/or services, Training to sales and customer and sales displays.
7. Coordinate with related functions for better customer satisfaction from product launch, problem solving, and order entry to after service.
8. Initiate and implement new product launching together with product marketing including training and coaching sales teams, partners and customer.
9. Develop communication plans and materials together with product marketing and marketing teams.
10. Manage the item stock matching with project/ customer requirement and inventory level.
