รายละเอียดงานProduction and Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics companies and manufacturers to ensure the timely and cost-efficient export of container shipments
- Monitor shipment schedules, manage documentation and address any logistical challenges to ensure smooth delivery
- Keep track of logistics pricing and other relevant information
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimise production and logistics costs while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency
- Regular visits to BKK warehouse for inventory management and packing when needed
- Liaising with external suppliers where necessary, such as packaging / printers / TH logistics and deliveries / to ensure a smooth and timely execution of production and order fulfillment
Sales Coordination (TH and Asian markets)
- New Leads: Support the founders in tracking and managing communication with new potential leads; understand customer requirements and facilitate documentation and the sales process end-to-end, including POs and delivery for Thai market
- Existing Customers: Manage customer relationships as the key point of contact for issue resolution and support; managing documentation and the sales order process end-to-end, including POs and delivery for Thai market
- Visiting retail sites to check optimal placements, rechecking any special executions or promotions and resolving any delivery issues
- Coordinate with team’s accountant for sales report preparation or reconciliation tasks for accounting purposes
Administrative Tasks
- Assist in setting up and overseeing fulfillment processes for both online and offline channels in the Thai market
- Assisting in the purchasing of any ad hoc items from time to time, this may require visits to markets or external supplier’s shops
- Handle additional administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth operational support to the management team
- Key handler in company’s documents and filing
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales coordination, logistics coordination, or administrative roles; experience in F&B, exporting, or logistics companies is preferred
- Strong command of English, particularly in written communication is a must; spoken proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new platforms
- Open-minded with a growth mindset, continually seeking increased responsibilities
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, capable of managing multiple local and international stakeholders
- Proactive and self-driven, adaptable to cross-cultural and international work environments and able to work independently
