รายละเอียดงาน
- Oversee all projects to ensure projects progress smoothly, and on tracks.
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
- Management the preparation APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA and other documents to meet customer require
- To resolve internal and external conflicts.
- Escalate project issue / risk to Management when necessary.
- Oversee and ensure Project Dept. daily job function running as smoothly - workloads and man power assignments.
- Preparing weekly project status.
- Maintain KPIs and set new KPIs when necessary.
- Other as hoc projects assignment by General Manager or Top Management.
- Over all new model Plastic part.
- Analyze problem in plastic part new model.
- Control budget of Project and customer account department.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree above in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Project Engineer (Plastic Parts)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, Core Tools APQP, Control Plan, PPA, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
- Knowledgeable of 5 Why 8D report
- Problem solving and Leadership.
- Good at speaking ang writing English.
- Good knowledge in plastic product.
- Knowledge of Drawing and GD&T Symbols
- Risk Analysis
