รายละเอียดงาน
- Source and procure products or materials from international suppliers according to company requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with overseas suppliers.
- Place orders and follow up to ensure the timely processing and delivery of products.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure proper customs clearance, documentation, and delivery.
- Monitor and track the movement of goods, ensuring timely arrival and handling of any issues during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of overseas transactions, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
- Work with internal teams to forecast product needs and plan purchases accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws.
- Evaluate and assess suppliers on performance, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.
- Handle quality control by liaising with suppliers to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, or product quality.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male-Female, graduated with a high vocational certificate in electrical or any filed.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in overseas procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, import/export processes, and customs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems will be given special consideration.
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese will be given special consideration.
