Key Responsibilities:
• Facility Management:
- Supervise daily operations, including court reservations, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Ensure the courts meet international standards for professional and recreational play.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine inspections and timely repairs of courts and equipment.
• Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, bookings, and complaints promptly.
- Develop relationships with regular patrons to encourage loyalty.
- Manage membership programs and promotional activities.
• Staff Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and manage court attendants, cleaning staff, and administrative personnel.
- Schedule staff shifts and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Financial Oversight:
