•Check the monthly stationery and pantry room and purchase the order.
•Checking internal daily documents or report as assigned.
•Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquirers.
•Support HR&GA department for every company activity.
•OCS contact, delivery item management.
•Answering telephone calls.
•Handling a variety of clerical duties such as contact Bank (Cheque, Cashier cheque), submitting WHT, collecting letters, receiving invoice and etc.
•Perform other general administrative duties as required.
