รายละเอียดงาน
Produce complete BOQ’s for Mechanical projects located in Australia, New Zealand and USA
Read and interpret MEP specifications in English
Ability to build up budget pricing based on scope or design brief
Produce job notes and summarise project scope of works in English
Communicate with supervisors on tender progress and completion time frames
Attend scheduling meetings where necessary
Assist in completing detailed tendering documentation
Work independently or in a team within a can do environment
Thai National only
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another building services degree is essential
- 1-3 years of industry experience including installation would be a benefit
- High proficiency in using MS word, excel and other Office platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Position is located in Chiang Mai Thailand
- Competitive remuneration and excellent working conditions
- The right candidate must be an honest and reliable person
- Immediate start is possible for the successful candidate
