รายละเอียดงาน
The Roles and Responsibilities of the Job:
• Conduct safety activities and practices that ensure adherence to relevant Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) legislation, company standards, and global standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk control measures while promoting effective communication.
• Identify, investigate, compile statistical reports and provide guidance relative to root cause of incident, accident, near miss, employee safety programs and regulatory compliance related occupational health and safety.
• Implement effective occupational health and safety training plans e.g. Employees and contractor orientation, hazardous communication, confined space, fire fighting, emergency response plan to develop on awareness and skill of employees.
• Ensure employee and contractor working on the site area is in compliance with policy and safety procedures.
• Be responsible for taking care of chemical hazard.
• Develop and implement a Permit to Work (PTW) system for activities such as hot work, work at height, and confined space entry
• Manage and maintain the contractor safety program to ensure that contractors and contractor owners effectively.
• Support EHS internal audit program as internal auditor
• Drive the implementation and promotion of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 within the company.
• Develop emergency response plans to ensure preparedness and safety in the event of an incident.
• Manage security systems to ensure that the security guard effectively control outsiders and the company's assets.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in line with 6S practices and audit.
• Other task following supervisor’s assignment or company policy.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Science or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years ‘s experience in safety field.
- Experience in Petroleum or chemical industry will be advantage.
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
- Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 is advantage.
