- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- To arrange for sorting and distributing incoming posts and organizing and sending outgoing post.
- General office management such as ordering stationery, photocopying, managing suppliers billing.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Organizing local & oversea travel and accommodation for the internal & external customers
- Support the arranging of both internal and external events.
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Taking care on time the Company Cars, cleaning, maintenance, insurance and tax support.
- Supervisor the security guard, gardener, and maid for the good performances.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
- To update the travelling restriction and arrange for the travelling visa.
