รายละเอียดงาน1. 执行人力资源管理各项实物的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施;
Execute operational procedures for various aspects of human resource management and enforce related rules and regulations.
2. 负责调转离等事项的处理和跟进;
Handle and follow up on matters such as transfers, resignations, and related processes.
3. 相关人事考勤系统维护、人事档案的归档管理及审查、规范及维护工作;
Maintain the attendance system, manage and archive personnel files, review and standardize personnel records
4. 薪酬标准制定与维护,审核员工入职定薪、考核调薪的数据信息,并向总部反馈确认;
Develop and maintain salary standards, review data on employee salary determination during onboarding and salary adjustments from evaluations, and report to headquarters for confirmation.
5. 社保、公积金事务对接处理;
Coordinate and manage social insurance and provident fund matters.
6. 制订员工培训计划,组织技能考核鉴定和岗位培训⼯作;
Develop employee training plans, organize skill assessments, certifications, and job training activities.
7. 制定考评政策、考评文件管理。
Establish evaluation policies and manage performance evaluation documents.
