• Control of the production process in accordance with the customer delivery plan and meet the specified standards.
• Control production goals to meet the goals set.
• Control production plan has safety working environment.
• Leading production department and manage team member.
• Support and problem solving for employees to achieve the target productivity.
• Drive manufacturing success through Lean manufacturing concept and mindset.
• Build effective team and workplace of choice environment in the team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 30-40 years
- Male only
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
- Have working experience at least 8 years about Production engineer, Production control in Automotive manufacturing industry
- Have management at least 2 years as Supervisor or higher
- Conversational middle level of English *Report to JP MD
