รายละเอียดงาน1. Work as part of production team, prepare, bake, cook and set up the show cases on time on a daily basis, ensuring consistency of presentation, production quantities and portion control as per standardized recipes.
2. Setup of all front production food areas ensuring the chain unit is ready to work.
3. Use the production equipment as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
4. Ensure that the finished products are correctly labeled
5. Ensure that no Expiry products are used in the production cyde
6. Ensure that Product traceability is maintained by identifying which batch is used in which production.
7. Undertake deaning duties induding general deaning of equipment and production areas
8. Deputise for Chef de Partie
