With a rapidly expanding team of 80 employees, we are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to drive our people strategy and enhance our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring we attract and retain top talent despite industry challenges.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture to create a positive working environment.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Design and oversee compensation and benefits structures, salary adjustments, and performance evaluations.
- Handle workforce planning, including job structuring, salary benchmarking, and HR budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
