• Develop and adjust production schedules based on order status and inventory.
• Monitor production progress, ensure quality standards, and implement improvements.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage procurement of necessary materials.
• Analyze production costs and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.
• Handle production issues and delays while assessing and mitigating risks.
• Train and guide staff to ensure smooth operations and effective team management.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and quality control departments to maintain an optimal production system.
• Other tasks might be assigned

Workplace Area: Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon – Fri, Sat: Approximately once a month depends on company's calendar)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 33-43 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must experience in Hydraulic cylinder or any related to Hydraulic fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in production control in any Japanese manufacturing
- Have experience of managing more than 5 subordinates
- Activeness to improve assembly system and quality
- Basic level of English (Read technical drawing)
- Experience of working or training in Japan is preferable.
- Japanese language skill is advantage.
