รายละเอียดงาน
• Develop High pressure Die Casting process manufacturing parameters. • Able to Set casting conditions according to customer requirements • Troubleshoot and implement corrective action for casting quality issues. • Analyze and solve complex casting process problems. • Set up the work standard and continuous maintaining and improving. • Maintain and improve the quality and productivity of manufacturing. • Promote technical cost reduction of internal part, mold and jig. • Take care of mold fixing and troubleshooting molding process. • Have ability to plan mold maintenance to support production plan and target. • Able to control the use of new molds and actual JIG use, repairing and solving mold problems according to plan. Control mold repair techniques and mold process techniques. • Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from mold trouble. • Other duties as assigned Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Saturday working: 1-2 Sat per month)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 35-48 years
  2. Male only
  3. Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mold Die, Tools and Die, Diecast, Material related field.
  4. At least 10 years of working experience in Aluminum Diecasting in any manufacturing industry
  5. At least 3 years of management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level
  6. Have strong knowledge in Aluminum machining process and Aluminum Casting process.
  7. Have experiences in control Die Cast and Production work plan and work efficiency (OEE: Overall Equipment Effectiveness, short Cycle times, high uptime and Quality production).
  8. Middle - high conversational level of English
  9. Able to work at Rayong
  10. Able to attend Face to Face interview
  11. Aluminum Diecasting in Automotive manufacturing industry is preferable.
