Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform overall recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, completing background checks, onboarding
- Screen and review candidates' resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Administer appropriate company assessments
- Updating and finding new recruitment sources and labor market
- Effectively utilize available sourcing tools
- Innovate ways of attracting more candidates
- Accurately update trackers and monitor candidate movement
- Complete timely reports on employment activity
- Assist with basic sales and product training for new hires
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-year experience in recruitment and specialist/senior recruitment
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Recruitment experience is an advantage
- With good understanding of social media networks
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
