รายละเอียดงาน
1.To be responsible for all import and export shipment by provide related documents, insurance, freight and transportation to meet customer’s requirement which must be in line with the Customs, IEAT, BOI regulations and company’s procedure
2.To be responsible for Invoice / Credit note issuance of inventory sales / sales return to customers
3.To be control maximum stock for tax exemption of R/M under BOI
4.Co-ordination with shipping company and BOI for customs clearance
5.Co-ordination with shipping company, customers indirect-export to follow up the export document for offset raw material import under BOI with tax exemption
6.To submit BOI application for products formula, registration, file monthly report upon request from BOI and so on
7.To support any others assigned by superior.
8.To support ISO program activities, 6S activities and all company’s activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, Female
- Age between 28-40
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related Field
- At least 5 years of experience in Import, Export or shipping
- Good knowledge in BOI, Import-export regulations.
- TISI process knowledge would prefer to considering
- Import – Export in free trade zone is preferred
- Good command in spoken and written in English.
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge in ISO System is a plus
