รายละเอียดงาน•Responsible for the development and continual refinement of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System, plans and programs to ensure legislative compliance with relevant legislation and McCormick practices and procedures.
•Develop meaningful safety measures for the Amata scorecard to drive performance improvements and lower MIR through continuous improvement
•Communicate and translate organizational Safety, Health and Environment objectives, goals, strategies and measures tied to leading metrics.
•Develop and facilitate line management in a manner which ensures Injury/Incident review boards, leading action plans, training and root cause analysis are conducted appropriately.
•Own and assist in the facilitation of site annual Safety, Health and Environmental action plans.
•Provide and analyze data and measures to understand utility, energy, and solid waste usage, Identify material, utility, and energy losses and initiate sustainable improvements using appropriate resources
•Conducts safety audits and plan reviews in order to identify unsafe acts and conditions, program gaps, and best practices. Acts as the horizontal process owner for the Amata site and encourages the sharing of best practices.
