รายละเอียดงาน
•Develop and implement IT Network, infrastructure, and Security standards in compliance with global policies.
•Install, configure and support network equipment, including Firewalls, IPS, WAF, routers, switches, and other network devices.
•Administer network monitoring tools to analyze logs, identify performance issues, and respond to alerts.
•Troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets related to network connectivity, performance, and security; escalate to higher tiers when necessary.
•Provide support for user authorization reviews and ensure adherence to security policies.
•Deliver day-to-day operational IT security and network support.
•Participate in crisis management, including service outages, by activating conference bridges and coordinating with cross-functional teams to restore services quickly.
•Actively participate in IT projects, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and deadlines are met.
•Create and maintain comprehensive network diagrams and technical documentation.
•Conduct network assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
•Handle ad-hoc IT setups and configurations as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Network Engineer with a strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Hands-on experience and Understands TCP/IP, LAN with a wide range of network devices, including firewalls, routers, switches and wireless access points.
- Solids understanding of network security concepts and best practices.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends, to provide 24/7 support.
