1. Handle day-to-day office works such as maid cleaning, messenger services, parcel, uniform, PPE, customer hospitality and coordinate with building facility management efficiently, and economically to ensure the office and operation needs.
2. Prepare and handle office supplies and equipment inventory.
3. Coordinate project and work with welfare committee for all company’s activities and events to create working relationship among employees.
4. Act as CSR representative and support ESG information to ensure that the company’s CSR & ESG activities are meet the local community and company’s requirements.
5. Do general affair & CSR budget and control the budget.
6. Evaluate and recommend office suppliers an equipment purchase to minimize costs as needs.
7. Prepare and handle internal communication tools aimed at employees to ensure that all important information is properly conveyed and understands the organization in overall.
8. Other tasks which may related to general affair, employee relations and CSR.
